WELCOME TO JOSE VICTORIA'S PORTFOLIO
This is the home of Jose Victoria's on line portfolio . Visualpallete showcases most of his works , both commercial and personal.
An Illustrator / Designer who spent several years working as a storyboard illustrator and web designer in Los Angeles, Jose's works range from realism to comic to manga and to 3D. He's also worked on films as an actor, illustrator, and as an editor. An accomplished Illustrator and graphic designer, Jose attended the Art Institute of Boston for Illustration and Graphic Design. He also attended Boston University's Entrepreneur's program, and studied Storyboarding and animation at the Sherman Oaks Associate School of Art and at the Animator's Guild of America.
After college, Jose edited, illustrated and published the Apartment Hunter's. He then later moved to California where he began a career in storyboard and production illustration. He also partnered with several talented USC Film School grads, and was able to work on set for them behind and infront of the cameras. This experience fueled his desire to learn all aspects of film, and helped strengthen his love of the art medium within the analog, digital, and multimedia fields.
It was while attending the Sherman Oaks Associate School of Arts, where he met good friend and fellow artist, James Brady. Together they started visualpallette to showcase their works and to share their love of art, film, and anime. It was through this partnership that Jose Victoria landed his firs Art Direction job as assistant art director for Discovery Kid's Operation Junkyard.
After several years, Jose returned to Massachusettes where he partnered with TGB Designs as their designer / illustrator. Jose then moved on into the Technology industry where he worked as technical support and admin support for varying companies. Jose continues to illustrate, design, write, and is currently working on a short animated film. Traditional art will always be the backbone, the foundation of all that is creative in the world of digital arts.
